FROM 2008 TO 2009

NASAL sees daylight at the end of 2008 as a research project thanks to the initiative of a health professional driven by the impulse to improve the care of his patients and procedures.

In 2009, NASAL joins the NEOTEC program of the CDTI (Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology) of the Ministry of Innovation, currently dependent on the Ministry of Economy. NASAL also begins collaboration with UPM (University Technical School of Telecommunication Engineering – Department of Circuits and Systems Engineering) for the development of an automatic segmentation of the geometry obtained from the computerized axial tomography (CT scan) of the nasal cavity. Collaboration with the National Institute of Aerospace Technology «Esteban Terradas» (INTA) in the development of a CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) solution conditioned for human respiration has also begun.

Since 2009, NASAL TRAINING in collaboration with INSTITUTO FELIPPU (Sao Paulo, Brazil), has created an innovative training both in the classroom and online courses for ENT, using the 3D anatomical identification software NASAL VISTA.

All the technological innovations created for the medical professional have been exposed in high level training courses from 2009 to the present day, thanks to our NASAL TRAINING division.

FROM 2010 TO 2012

In 2010 NASAL gets into the AVANZA Program of the Ministry of Industry.

During 2011 NASAL develops systems for the implementation of a service and the industrialization of the process of air flow analysis from the images of a CT.

From 2012 to December 2014, the NASAL~FLOW^® experimental and clinical validation project, funded by the CDTI, is developed within the Research Projects program.

FROM 2013 TO 2015

In 2013 NASAL begins to develop customized technology programs for international companies in the health area through its multidisciplinary team that forms NASAL TECH, composed of different professional profiles including doctors, engineers and mathematicians involved in the development of applications for the medical professional.

From 2014 to the present, courses dedicated to the temporal anatomical region and facial aesthetics are added to its training and technological offer, starting with 3D NASAL VISTA TEMPORAL and 3D NASAL VISTA AESTHETIC.

In 2015, NASAL it plans launching the NASAL~FLOW^® pioneering Analytical Service Respiratory of Air Flow in the nasal cavity, providing information on the physical phenomena that success in different breathing conditions of human being.
